Austin · Serving Central Texas
Areas we serve
Our practice is based in Austin, but the care we provide reaches much further. Periodontal surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, and complex oral reconstruction are specialist work — and patients regularly travel for it. Led by Dr. Jane Smith, a specialist-trained periodontist and oral plastic reconstructive surgeon, we welcome patients and referring doctors from across Central Texas — generally within about a 200-mile radius of our Austin office, and beyond for the most complex cases.
If you’ve been told a case is too difficult, or you’re a dentist looking for a surgical partner you can rely on, distance shouldn’t be the barrier. We coordinate visits to keep travel manageable and work hand-in-hand with your local dentist so routine care stays close to home.

For patients
Worth the drive
Many patients travel to us for treatment they couldn’t find — or were told wasn’t possible — closer to home: severe gum disease, significant bone loss, failing teeth, full-arch implants, and sinus or nerve-related cases. We plan treatment to limit the number of trips, and we send you back to your own dentist for routine care.
What to expect as a patient →For referring doctors
A regional surgical partner
We accept referrals from general and restorative dentists across Central Texas for periodontal surgery, implant placement, grafting, and the cases that fall outside routine care. You stay informed at every stage, and your patient returns to you for restoration.
